We are pleased to announce that Lovat’s Group has been successfully awarded a major Facilities Management Contract for Hard Services with Midlothian Council valued at £7M.
The contract encompasses electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compliance planned and reactive maintenance, 24/7 helpdesk and emergency services, energy management and minor works on their non-domestic properties until 2029. Additionally, the contract includes the option to extend for a further 1+1+1 years. This accomplishment is a testament to our Team’s hard work and dedication, who demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the competitive tender process.
This contract win aligns with our strategic growth plan for Scotland, whilst allowing us to expand our Midlothian office and create new jobs within Midlothian. Our operational teams are eager to mobilise and collaborate with Midlothian Council’s Estate Team for the foreseeable future. We are confident that the collaboration between Lovat’s Group and Midlothian Council will be fruitful, and we look forward to delivering high-quality services that exceed expectations.
