Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): This Strategy regularly scheduled checks and servicing of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns before they happen. Reactive Maintenance: This type of maintenance is about responding to issues after they occur, quickly and efficiently. It’s about quick response and effective repair to minimise downtime and restore functionality as soon as possible.
Minor Works: Minor project works that are generally less complex and can be completed quickly. They include a broad spectrum of activities such as lighting upgrades, boiler replacements, air conditioning installations and small fit out works. Minor works are essential for keeping the facility functioning correctly but can sometimes grow in size, scope and complexity – and when they do, our Capital Projects team are ready.

Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
To ensure best practice and consistency of service, we will utilise our CAFM System, Joblogic a cloud-based platform which empowers us to streamline your service operations, improving visibility and communication.. The system would be set up in our shared environment, meaning that the only prerequisite for accessing the system is access to the internet.
Joblogic provides a tool for the collection, management and reporting of all maintenance information from a single source. Our Engineers are equipped with smartphones / tablets that link directly to Joblogic; therefore, the system is able to easily transfer live data and contains site specific details such as risk assessments.
