We’re delighted to announce that Lovat’s Group has been appointed by the University of Glasgow to deliver Hard Facilities Management services across its student accommodation estate, under an initial three-year contract with options to extend.
This is a major milestone for Lovat’s Group and one of our most significant student accommodation FM appointments to date, marking another important step in the continued growth of our business.
Supporting Scotland’s Higher Education Sector
The University of Glasgow’s accommodation estate is a busy and complex environment where reliable building services, effective maintenance and statutory compliance are essential to supporting students and University staff.
Our team will bring together the engineering expertise, operational support and compliance management needed to help keep the estate safe, compliant and operating effectively.
The contract will be delivered through our predominantly self-performed service model, backed by our directly employed engineering workforce, 24/7 Service Desk and dedicated compliance management team. This approach gives us the capability to respond to maintenance requirements, manage planned works and work collaboratively with the University to support the long-term performance of its facilities.
