Fife Council

Fife Council entrusted Lovat’s Group with the responsibility of performing servicing and emergency repairs for air conditioning systems (including ground and air source heat pumps), air handling units, and chillers.

This significant task encompasses 99 public buildings throughout Fife, along with around 42 ground and air source heat pumps installed in council-owned residential properties. These buildings encompass a wide range of facilities, including schools, offices, museums, libraries, and domestic housing.

To enable Fife Council to maintain operation of these public buildings, we have provided a dedicated team that diligently carries out scheduled planned maintenance, and swift reactive services for these properties.
