Servery with Canteen | Design & Installation

Over the summer, the Lovat’s Group Projects Team successfully delivered a substantial servery and canteen design and installation for one of our long-standing customers, acting as Principal Contractor and managing the works from initial strip-out through to final handover. 
 
Our scope covered: 
🔹 Construction & finishes 
🔹 Mechanical & electrical installations 
🔹 Specialist works including a full hygienic deep clean, raft ceiling, pergola and counter refurbishments 
🔹 Full fit-out with catering equipment, fabrics, and furniture 
 
The result? A modern, efficient, and welcoming catering and dining space that enhances flow for catering staff while creating a comfortable, attractive environment for diners. 
 
This project was delivered as part of one of the busiest summers in Lovat’s Group history, with multiple major works completed across the central belt of Scotland.
