Lovat’s Group has been a trusted partner of Fife Council for over a decade, consistently delivering an array of services across their diverse and sometimes challenging estate. Our responsibility encompassed servicing and emergency repairs for air conditioning systems (including ground and air source heat pumps), air handling units, boilers, chillers, MVHR, commercial Catering and Refrigeration and Smoke Fire Dampers.

Successfully securing and retaining this contract since 2016 allows us to deliver Technical Building Services Maintenance to Fife Councils prestigious Facility portfolio which commenced on 1st February 2023. Our focus remains on providing Statutory & Non-Statutory Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, along with Mechanical & Electrical Services, catering to over 200 non-housing facilities throughout Fife.

These included main council offices, nurseries, primary and secondary schools, leisure centres, sports pavilions, social work and care homes, council depots, workshops, stores, galleries, and other public buildings
