Description of works
Lovat’s Group has delivered Mechanical services to University of Dundee since 2021. Our use of local skilled labour has ensured the continuous compliance and operational resilience of the estate, even amidst the challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
University of Dundee services include Maintenance, Reactive and new installation works as a key strategic partner in providing diverse services across their complex estate.
Our adept management of the contract relies on a directly employed labour force, complemented by a specialist local supply chain when required. Under the guidance of our Contract Manager, supported by service administrators and five skilled mobile engineers, our team operates within a 15-mile radius of the region, contributing significantly to the local economy of Dundee.
