We are pleased to announce an important organisational change to better align our leadership with our strategic goals and to enhance our operational efficiency.
Mike Floyd, currently the Managing Director, will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, Mike will focus on the overall strategic direction, vision, and growth of the company, leveraging his extensive experience and leadership skills to drive our company forward.
Craig Cox will transition from his current role to become the new Managing Director. Craig brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our operations, and he will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence and the implementation of our strategic initiatives.
