Inverkeithing High School

The Commercial Catering Division of Lovat’s Group recently demonstrated their expertise by coming to the aid of Fife Council in a time of crisis. After Inverkeithing High School’s main kitchen was destroyed in a devastating accident, Lovat’s was tasked with the challenge of bringing it back to life within a tight timeline. John Noble, the Head of Commercial Catering, quickly sprang into action and visited the site to assess the extent of the damage.

With the clock ticking, the Lovat’s Group team rallied suppliers, and specialist delivery teams to support the tight schedule. Hard work and long hours ensued as the team negotiated and worked tirelessly to ensure the project was delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Thanks to the dedication and expertise of Lovat’s Group Commercial Catering Division, the kitchen was revived, and the school was able to continue serving nutritious meals to its students.
