Dundee City Council selected Lovat’s Group to provide Technical Maintenance and repair services for the Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems across their corporate estate.
This estate encompasses 144 diverse buildings, ranging from the Ice Arena, schools, and Olympia Leisure Centre to the iconic V&A and the Dundee House Headquarters. The estate includes both listed buildings and innovative design-and-build properties, some of which require critical support to maintain the desired user environment.
To support Dundee City Council maintain
consistant operations of their estates, we assembled a dedicated team that handles scheduled planned maintenance, as well as reactive services for these properties.
